A free face-to-face information service for the community about Services Australia. Internet-enabled computers, scanner, printer, fax and photocopier are available for customers to conduct their Services Australia related business.

We can:

  • Accept customer forms and other documentation required by Services Australia
  • Conduct Proof of Identity checks
  • Assist and guide customers with Centrelink and Medicare online services.

Customers are encouraged to use our telephone and self-help facilities.

Open: 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Self Serve: 12.00pm – 1.00pm and 3.00pm – 3.30pm
